We are excited to bridge the gap between these two student-run organizations through the pairing of a TPPAS member with a student from Tufts' very own PA school. This program enables curious undergrads to tap into the knowledge, skills, and experience of graduate-level students, and to adjust their unique pre-professional track accordingly, based on the advice and tips provided. Ultimately, the mentor will act as a role model and sounding board for the mentee. That being said, it is similar to a mutualistic relationship where both parties benefit: the undergraduate can expand their insight into the profession and develop a larger network while the graduate mentor can give back and reflect on their own pre-PA journey. Applications are sent out early in the new year and pairings are announced by February/March.
